Job Description

Hotel/Tourism School Graduate from a Tier 1 School (Taj, ITC, Christ, Le Ecole Hoteliere, IHM Delhi, Mumbai or Chennai, IITTM, KITTS, NITHM, AMITY etc) in India or other reputed international schools

Should have been selected into a management trainee program at a 5- hotel chain or travel/tour agency immediately after bachelors degree

A MBA from a reputed school or a graduate of Oberoi School of Management, ITC, Taj or Leela 2 year graduate management program graduate preferred

4-6 years work experience in sales and marketing in hotel chains, Tier 1 travel and/or tour operator agencies, online agencies like Expedia, Makemytrip etc or as domain consultant with reputed IT products or services companies

Some international exposure (work or internship) would be advantageous

Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation) and tech savvy

Exposure to Government agencies and understanding of business and tender process would be a plus

Project/program management skills a plus
