Role Overview: - An incredible opportunity to join our India office and to help expand our client portfolio across the designated regions viz., North &amp; West. - As a Business Development Manager you will be charged with delivering our groundbreaking augmented reality advertising solutions to the world's biggest brands and agencies. - You will drive our sales strategy by identifying and approaching target businesses in designated region and beyond demonstrating the unique value proposition Augray can deliver. - The SBDM should work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure that all opportunities for new business are capitalised on and no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of new business. - The business expects that the SBDM, reflective of the seniority of the role, proactively and tenaciously target the high value Tier 1 &amp; 2 prospects. - We are looking for a commercial person with the experience of positioning bespoke creative and technical solutions to advertising agencies and global brands. - A track record of delivering complex digital solutions via senior stake-holders is essential as is intimate knowledge of the advertising and media space. Key Personal Responsibilities : Business Development - Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads &amp; exceed sales targets for the business - Develop a sales contact plan to include cold-calling, direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects - Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner - Understand a prospect's business needs and develop a tailored digital marketing proposal using Augray solutions, drawing on expert internal resource as required - Represent Augray at industry events, including round tables, digital forums and new business events - Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors High standards of client servicing : - Create new and maintain existing client relationships at a senior level - Understand mechanics and intricacies of advertising ecosystem - Manage stakeholders across advertisers and their agency roster Consultative approach to business development : - Insight-led solutions which solve specific marketing challenges - Collaborate with design, tech, data, media to deliver complex/bespoke campaigns - Knowledge and/or passion for FMCG, Automotive, Media, Technology, Entertainment sectors Professional Requirement : - Successful candidates will have - 4+ years of B2B sales experience (Ideally in advertising, digital or marketing) - Proven track record hitting and exceeding sales targets - Excellent client-handling skills - Strategic mind-set focused around a value-add sales approach - Agile and creative approach to business development - Proven track record in consultative selling, specifically with Tier 1 &amp; 2 merchants - Excellent Digital marketing knowledge - Broad and thorough knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and m-commerce - Good understanding of tracking and ad-serving technology used in affiliate marketing - Experience developing effective tactical marketing strategies to support sales acquisition - Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through CRM system - Degree or equivalent Personal Requirements : - Tenacious &amp; creative sales approach - Curious and inquisitive - Driven and motivated by results - Strong presenter, negotiator, and influencer - Excellent written skills - Organized with good attention to detail - A self-starter who can spot new opportunities - Able to work as part of wide and varied team - Passionate about performance marketing Compensation : - Commensurate with industry standards Work Location: - Delhi / NCR
