Audit/Supplier Quality Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Develop a comprehensive vendor development plan in close collaboration with Procurement function & make regular update on progress.

2. Update audit tool for conducting audits covering internal and external requirements.

3. Support vendors in implementing systems & Process for sustainable supplies

4. To ensure legal compliance of dry goods as per Indian & applicable laws.

5. Lead Vendor performance evaluation & improvement process.

a. Publishing monthly MIS on vendor performance

b. Coordinate & publish risk mitigation plans related to dry goods.

c. Periodic review of action plans and interim controls till the gap is addressed

6. Lead & investigate dry goods incidents in coordination with vendors & publish LFI to avoid reoccurrences.

7. Keep abreast with changes in regulations and internally with Legal function in providing technical support for defining Quality parameters.

8. Timely update of specification, analysis methods, sampling plan & AQL level in system for testing.

9. Ensure compliance to Blue source process requirements at Co-pack & key vendors.

10. Provide technical support to R&D Behror in development of New Package, trouble shooting, analysis etc.

11. Coordinate bonds assessment to ensure compliances related to FSSAI

12. Coordinate & support bond system certifications as ISO standards.

13. Coordinate & publish market/retail assessment to high light improvement opportunity.

14. To budget vendor development related activities/ initiatives in coordination with all stakeholders.

15. To conduct trainings to develop capability of vendors & key stakeholders.
