Your key responsibilities :
Should have hands-on experience of working on:
- Audit of restated financial statements for inclusion in public offer documents; or
- Review of Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) preferably in terms of requirements of SOX 404
- Ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve common goals
- Provide on-job coaching to team members for efficient and effective execution of responsibilities
- Knowledge sharing and delegation to build capacities
- Research technical and regulatory issues relating to restated financial statements and ICFR
- Maintain continuous connect with team members to help them in mitigating challenges
