Job Title : Internal Audit Lead - VP for Retail/Corporate Banking

Location : BKC Mumbai

- The role entails managing and supervising a team of auditors for completing the audits as per the Risk Based Audit Plan.

- The role also requires assistance in preparation of audit committee presentations, regulatory submissions including Tranche III, submitting inputs for annual risk based audit plans, review & monitor the concurrent audits and support in various special assignments entrusted from time to time.

Job Description :

- Completion of audits assigned as per Annual Risk Based Audit Plan

- Ensure quality of output and timeliness of completion with respect to audits assigned

- Co-ordinate & interact with tactical stakeholders and obtain buy-in and responses on audit reports

- Application of laid internal audit procedure consistently across audits assigned including updating the audit softwares

- Track and follow-up on open actionable with the auditees for review for closure

- Assist in preparation of risk based audit plan, audit committee presentations and regulatory submissions

- Optimise the audit process and resources with usage of Data Analytics

- Mentorship and development of subordinates

- Perform special assignments granted from time to

- Manage a team of 6-8 auditors, which includes setting up goals consistent with the department and organization goals, ongoing supervision of audit work, periodic performance review and evaluation, identify high performing individuals, identify training and development needs and communicate appraisal results as per the organization's policy
