You are a quick learner and tinkerer. What you'll do ? 1. Work closely with the founders and leadership and develop a deep understanding of the business, strategy, and key priorities, to eventually leverage communication and help us lead through context. 2. Act as a sounding board and sparring partner for the founders for new ideas and initiatives. You'll be responsible for setting up key company rituals including planning and review processes, analyzing any red flags in strategic initiatives, organizing interventions to keep things on track, etc. Ensure key decisions are made, implemented, tracked, and updated. 3. Scale our tools and processes. What are the rituals used by great companies elsewhere? What new ideas should we embrace? 4. Drive the reporting of key updates and communications. (Own special projects such as logistics, competitor analysis, or solving hard problems that are not owned by functional teams.) 4.
