- The role is to strengthen existing client relationships and develop new clients demonstrating Value Proposition (VP) and new products thus building business and significantly contributing to the topline growth & profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategy development for new product launch and increasing the penetration of existing product

- Managing current and new client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting and implementing the end product

- Work with team to develop relevant business proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives

- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels

- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets

- Working collaboratively with Product R&D and Services innovation teams to aid product development through customer insights

- Providing competitor intelligence/market intelligence and contribute to all sales meetings

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation

Qualifications :

- Business development/marketing experience of 5+ years - preferably in the automotive industry

- Excellent presentation, communication & negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

- Comfortable interacting with senior level management of large companies

- Fluent in English (regional languages a plus)

- Strong analytical capability and ability to prove facts firmly based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Result oriented, Strategic & innovative thinker

- Technically solid - able to communicate technical facts in a concise manner

- Extensive traveling within India to develop and maintain customer relations, and visibility of the business in the Industry

- MBA from a top tier institute
