Brief Objective of Position &amp; Its Contribution to the Business - The role will require driving and managing all banking channels for Life Insurance business, Product Management, Operation management - New Business Process, Renewal, Claim and Quality, along with various Insurance partner - Ensuring the proper process in place for the scalability and profitability of the channel in coordination with respective Business Heads and His Team . Key Responsibilities - Drive &amp; Manage the Business Channels - Branch Banking Channels - Assets - SBL /Wheels / HL /REG/BBG - MOM Activation of Sales and Service Team on New Business - Plan and Achieve the AOP for New Business Premium &amp; Renewals - Per Person Productivity - Case Size - Case Rate - Product Mix - Product Penetration in NTB &amp; ETB - Per Customer Product Holding - Product Per Family - Product management - Understanding product features and roll-out product mix for managing Life Insurance revenue - Partner management - manage and build relationship with multiple partners to drive business. - Sales Enablers: Designing and drive - Lead Generation activity - Campaigns for ETB based on Data Analytics - Product Campaigns as per customer profile - Renewals Campaigns - Training: Design and Monitor the impact of the Training - Product Training - Sales Behavior Training - Customer Relationship Management Training - Enhance Productivity - Channel Development and Deepening: - Continuously keep Building the New Channels along with various products to generate Revenue - Create Product Propositions that are suitable across Sales Channels and Segments of Customers - Identify Product suitability as per the customer segment and complementary products to be sold by each LI Partner - Cross Functional Team Management : Liaise and work closely with various cross-functional teams within the bank and Insurance Partner - Competition Mapping: - On Product &amp; Process Inovation - Performance parameter of various banks - Track the Insurteach and get future ready - Regulatory Changes and Its impact - Engage with internal Audit, regulators to ensure regulatory compliance - Keep Management updated on regulatory development and market dynamics Key Outputs/Results from the Role - Branch Productivity - 100% by 10th of each month - Team Activation - 50% MOM - Product Penetration - 10 to 20 % of total customer base - Persistency - 85% + - Business quality Index - 100% - Regulatory Compliance - 100% - Achievement of Annual operation plan channel wise and partner wise - Achievement the planed budget for each Life Insurance partner on New Business and Persistency - Achievement of % of Product Penetration - FOS activation % MOM as per planed budget - 100% Complaint in all regulatory guidelines - Design and drive the competitive R&amp;R to accelerate the business Job Specification (Competencies required to perform the role) - Ideal candidate should be a Management Graduate with an overall work exposure of at least 10-12 years. - Candidate must be from Insurance or Banking or NBFC Industry. - Must have experience in banking tie ups and had good network with banking and cooperative setups - Has the ability the manage the team and business - Has the ability the manage the cross functional team. Functional Competencies : - In-depth understanding of the BFSI industry &amp; an out-of-the-box thought inclination to effectively tap opportunities outside of the BFSI segment - Strong relationships and networks within the Insurance and Banking - Ability to create robust win-win value propositions and strategic fit for all the stake holder - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business profit drivers. We liaise with different stakeholders across the bank to execute campaigns such as compliance, marketing, IT, electronic banking channel and distribution channel - Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and verbal communication. - Strong presentation skills.
