Program Manager Bancassurance -Video Banking Channel

Objectives of this Role:
- Business & Sales Execution Planning for Insurance Products
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
- Assess current competitor strategies & seeking opportunities for differentiation in product & service offerings
- Stakeholder management for program success
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Managing communications & close co-ordination with all stakeholders to discuss program issues and make decisions
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status
- Identify and use appropriate metrics and KPIs to effectively track program success.
- Collecting and analyzing Video Banking statistics (lead flow, lead tracking, lead status & lead closure etc.)
- Evaluate performance with Video Banking key metrics (call quality, call pitch, FTR ratio etc.)
- Developing and implementing strategies that optimize overall employee & process efficiency and quality with support of data analyses
- Preparing reports and analyzing Video baking data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for all stakeholders to update on business progress
- Provide sector and competitor benchmarking
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
- Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinating and arranging R&R activities like events, workshop for team engagement
- Coordinating the marketing efforts by developing promotional materials such as product & process brochures
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with all the insurance partners.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensure all Compliance metrics are fulfilled
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ yrs of experience
- Master's Degree with 5+ yrs of experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the teams
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
