Job Details:

- We are looking for Product Training Manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills for Bancassurance vertical.

- A training manager is expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent research skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have the understanding of the business operating Plan with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results by creating an effective and efficient workforce.

Training Manager Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess the Product training needs of the Bancassurance Team (Inhouse and partner) through online assessment, Interview or part of review job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness;

- Develop market benchmarking for various product along with best-selling pitches that target tangible results.

- Design, develop, and deliver curricula, content, Manual and documentation and other training collateral to enhance the productivity and effectiveness.

- Establish and develop a revenue generating customer (user) product training function.

- Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs.

- Identify training tools, using state of the art technology, to deliver training to a remote population on an ongoing and sustainable basis.

Functional Competencies :

- Deeper understanding about Life & health Insurance Products , Pricing , customer segmentation

- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Power Point, Excel, Word)

- Content Building , Product sales Pitch , Presentation Skills, Training Management, Meeting Management, Motivating Others, Foster Teamwork, Coaching, Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Selling to Customer Needs, Customer Service, Emphasizing Excellence

- Must be Scrum Certified
