Job Description:

New Product/Channel business strategy:

- Responsible for complete ownership of the Wheels division including New product launches and road map design, Product implementation, product development, OEM

- Conceptualize, define, outline requirements and collaborate with teams for OEM, manufacturers, technology, process, design and marketing to deliver seamless and superior customer experience

- Drive business, transactions, usage and engagement on Wheel products

- Acquire, attract, engage and retain customers and potential customers

- Define a strong Customer Segment level and Banking relationship level strategy to drive portfolio

- Innovations, Market Scan and Industry Recognition:

- Continuously track new innovations in Banking and Non-Banking (relevant) space and work out suitable strategies to roll out digital innovations for the Bank.

Regular product bench marking with competition and strategy for product re-alignment.
