Major Responsibilities: 1. Understanding of letters of credit, bank guarantees, cross border remittances, bill discounting is a key requirement. 2. Strong in Compliance as per Trade Regulatory requirements. 3. Good liasioning skills liaison with FIG/Partner Banks for seamless execution of Trade transactions including the issuance of Counter BGs in taking over of limits with partner banks. 4. Drive bank line business - lead generation, deal structuring to final execution 5. Structure region specific large deals and provide guidance support on transaction specific exceptions 6. Review and provide guidance on trade term sheets for working capital proposals 7. Engage with internal control groups with trade subject matter expertise as and when required 8. Develop new product and enhance existing processes to balance risk and reward equation 9. Handle senior management presentations towards product-specific strategy (existing/new trade products) 10. Key person responsible to ensure no adverse audit comments in the design of products and related process design 11. Assist Sales Channels and Trade Ops in Trade related documentation:
