Required Competencies :
- Experience in analytics/technology solutions allied to bundled personal finance products will be preferred.
- Strong experience in platform Integration with respect to BFSI domain.
- Exposure to the design of technology platforms for personal finance.
- Exposure to large scale architectures and complex integrations in financial services or e-commerce industry.
- Exposure to API structure and their integrations with enterprise level architectures.
- Analytical skills to evaluate various customer/product innovations.
- Good in data crunching to understand customer behavior and usage of the applications.
- Good understanding of processes & retail banking technology.
- Strong Project Management abilities, awareness of best digital channel practices at global level.
Job Requirements
- Working closely with business managers to understand product use cases, customer journeys, business applicability and impact of each use case to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launching of the new product.
- Ability to understand different technology platforms, their features and be able to work with solution architects/engineering managers and thus enable and guide the product team to write detailed product requirement documents, manage future roadmaps and deliverables.
- Ownership of existing products and identification of new product opportunities across business lifecycle.
- Carry out product and process developments and enhancements whenever required
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term growth targets.
- Keep track on best industry practices and perform industry benchmarking.
- Constructs API definition successfully & understanding of open banking APIs.
- Drive industry partnerships and relationships with respective partners.
- Explore new 3rd party products and services that bank can leverage for its journeys.
- Act as key authority and point of contact for project development and control.
- Partner with sales, strategy, marketing, engineering, and design teams to bring the product vision to life.
- Collect, analyze and report on data and adjust development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout.
- Be a great storyteller, able to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success.
