- L&D - Responsible for setting up D2C channels through Online and Tele-assisted Sales platforms for the company
- Drive online sales as a P&L responsibility
- Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders including Customers, Distributors and Employees
- Ideate & implement the digital campaigns with all digital channels
- Define product & Campaign KPI's. Monitor, analyze and communicate performance of feature releases. Build dashboard to track KPI's and share with stakeholders on an on-going basis.
- Plan a customer life cycle and monitor the per person product holding during the lifetime of the customer
- Enhance coding standards, development guidelines and delivery practices for efficiency.
- Maintain domain architecture and road maps and its alignment with technology road map.
- Responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, and New business generation with All insurance partners on D2C and B2B
- Support Insurance partner to launch the New Product feature faster
- Providing on-going oversight, resolving issues, management reporting of program metrics, implementing enhancements, etc.
- Driving the Digital Solutions value proposition (Behavioral Economics, Online customer journey, Simplified underwriting) by providing the entire digital eco-system
- Design the end to end New Business and policy servicing and Claim journey
- Seamless Integration with all System of the bank.
- Prioritize and review Distribution Solution opportunities across the ecosystem to enhance focused delivery on profitable growth and optimization of resources utilization

Job Specification (Competencies required to perform the role)
Qualifications- MBA finance/ CA / B.Tech with relevant experience in Digital marketing and Product designing and acquisition
Experience
Specific
- Overall- Minimum 12-15 years post-qualification in digital eco system in BFSI sector
- Understanding of Insurance Product & Regulation and good network with Insurance and fintech players
- 5 -6 years of experience working for a top tier strategy technology consulting firm developing business & Operational strategies for clients or equivalent experience
Functional Competencies- Strong leadership in analytical, planning, forecasting skills; problem-solving skills with a get things done attitude
- Experience in making data-driven recommendations and decisions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely
- High level of competency with Office Productivity Tools e.g. Advance Excel with VB and Macros, Reporting skills and Presentation
- Computer System Literacy Intermediate to Advance
- Above average knowledge of project management methodologies
