- The incumbent will be leading a team of Business Development Managers, Call Centre Manager, Collection Specialist and MIS team.

- Responsible for driving business numbers for Digital Acquisition - Unsecured Loans.

- Build a Partner Ecosystem for acquisition of Digital Unsecure loans.

- Identifying areas of Digital implementation in Physical Banking.

- Creating Physical journeys for fulfilment of all key products with zero paper & minimal touch.

- Sales Management & Service Management of Digital Contact Center.

- Identifying Market Potential for growth opportunities for Digital Banking. Contribute to culture of innovation by creating a physical environment, face to face events and other one-off activities which encourage idea sharing and co-collaboration across the group.

- Sales Strategy Map along with Product Mix and Profitability.

- Identification of New Business ideas through Market Scanning.

- Market benchmarking and Market Share tracking.

- Should have expertise in Digital Lending and B2B (Affiliates) tie ups including embedded finance and Platforms.

- Demonstrate Tech based approach to business Processes and solutions.

- Strategic Thinker with a Long-Term vision for the business.

- Advance Level understanding of OCEN and AA Framework, API based lending.

- Understanding of Digital Marketing - Channels and Tools.

- Ensures compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
