AU Small Finance Bank - Manager/Senior Manager - Brand & Marketing Communication

The person will be responsible for strategics marketing campaigns for Bank's various products. He will be responsible for managing in house design team and creative agency for general marketing campaigns.

Expectations :

- Should be able to understand nuances of business and conceptualize the marketing plan accordingly.

- Maturity and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders like product and business teams. Coordinate and multitask with 4-5 verticals of day to day basis. Strong understanding of how creative processes work and what has creative efficacy.

- The person needs to be well organized and should have the capability to plan things backwards. Ensure that collateral are done and released in tight timelines.

- Should have good understanding of various mediums like Print, Radio, TV, Digital etc. The media sensibilities should be sound enough to distinguish and give feedback for various different mediums.

- Understand our brand guidelines and make sure that every piece of communication is adhered to the same.

- Should have understanding of how key visuals, propositions and insights work from communication point of view.
