Position Reporting to : Chief of Operations
Job Purpose :- Managing the entire operation function to ensure the delivery of quality service to Internal & external customers, the projection of a professional and warm image, maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
- The Head of Operations will be responsible for over all hub/cops activities & undertaking other miscellaneous tasks as and when arise.
- The post holder is responsible ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's financial functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the senior management.
Qualification : Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate from any Stream (Commercial background preferred)/ Professional Degree/MBA, Good computer knowledge,
Relevant Experience : Minimum 10-12 Year relevant industry Experience
Functional Competencies :- Knowledge of all define compliance/Guidelines
- Maintain the department budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the management.
- Directly Manage Zonal Ops Manager & Cops Manager.
- Drive adherence of all SOP
- Assist in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of policies, procedures and operational projects.
- Conduct periodic department meetings, coaching sessions and performance evaluations as designated
- Use observational coaching to interact with staff and identify operational inefficiencies and risk
- Ability to Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

- Planning, direction and manage the performance of all internal operations, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies with support of Senior Management for better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, with the view to delivering operational excellence business process and organizational planning
- Implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout covering non-financial as well as financial controls
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support staff through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions
- Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities :- Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence
- Implement effective succession planning, people management, development, recruitment, and retention strategies
