Position Title - Lead HRBP Grade DVP, VP

Location - Bank House, Jaipur

Department - Human Resources

Organizational Relationships:

Position Reporting to - National Manager HR

Direct Reports - Talent Acquisition Officers / Managers - Regional and Corporate

Job Purpose:

Qualification - Post Graduate / MBA in HR

Relevant Experience - 10-13 years of experience in handling various aspects of HR, preferably from Banking domain Strong analytical skills and sound judgment, Strong communication skills and ability to challenge, influence and persuade others

Functional Competencies:

- Ability to identify an issue and design a creative solution.

- Excellent interpersonal, management and planning skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all the positions and other key deliverables are done within TAT.

- Should target lower attrition rates across region to enable higher performance across business.

- Strong generalist knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training and Strategic Planning .

- Ensure adherence to the Talent Acquisition requirements , manage and implement recruitment campaigns, as per the requirement with focus on quality, time and budgetary requirements.

- Work closely and understand the business environment, and the business priorities to facilitate effective HR and Administrative support to the respective regional business functional leadership teams.

- Contribute to the implementation of procedures and processes aimed at ensuring a high standard of delivery and continuous improvement of the service in the assigned region.

- Support the business priorities through desired HR Support in form of resources and people processes

- Ensure timely execution of PMS and ensure adherence to approved time lines for Annual PMS Closure, Promotions & Compensation Review and Implementing of R&R program

- Ensure implementation of a succession planning process and career development programs. Should be able to represent the regional manpower challenges and drive closures and solutions effectively by engaging central business and support teams

- Execute cross-functional programs and initiatives designed to support employee engagement initiatives, (monthly celebrations, reward and recognition programs etc.) to improve performance, productivity and reducing attrition rate.

- Builds a strong relations with respective business heads in order to have discussion on manpower planning, attrition and retentions.
