- The incumbent should BE or/and MBA with 10+ years of experience in Retail Lending.

- Should have led teams in a Product, Project, or a P&L role.

- Expertise in Digital Products and Processes.

- Knowledge of P&L is an added advantage.

- Thorough knowledge of Analytics - ETL, Modelling, Offer generation and analysis.

- Exposure to Campaign management - Channels / Mediums/Monitoring, Costing.

- Should have undertaken transformational Projects in Lending - Onboarding , Digital Journey, drop off Management

- Possess good business acumen and Critical Thinking

- Understand current and upcoming trends in Unsecured Lending - Embedded Finance / Disruptive Lending

- Well versed with Regulatory requirements for Digital Processes.

- Understanding of Product Development Lifecycle Management

- Complete view of Enterprise and Consumer, Web and Mobile (iOS/Android)
