AU Small Finance Bank - Lead - Business Compliance

Qualification - CA, MBA

Relevant Experience - Total working experience of 13-17year and at least 5-7 years' experience in Business compliance and regulatory Compliance.

- Ability to interpret the spirit of regulations

- Clear & Effective Formal Communication Skills (both in Verbal & Writing) for interaction with regulators

- Problem-Solving Skills and Team Management Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft excels, word, PowerPoint presentation

Job Responsibilities

- Review products note in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and Intensive monitoring thereof.

- Identification of areas where compliance risk may increase due to change in regulatory guidelines. Assessment of such risk, formulating procedures in consensus with respective stakeholder to mitigate such risks

- Handle business queries and interpretation of regulation w.r.t Liability Business (CASA, NRI, TD, FD), Retail Assets Loan (Vehicle Loan, Small Business Loan, Gold Loan), Business Banking, including Corporate Banking, Customer Service in the Bank, Digital Banking Products & ATM Compliance

- Reviewing policies/ procedures on adherence with the regulatory guidelines

Seek clarification from regulators on implementation of instructions if any

Work with Principal Nodal Officer for Management of RBI/BO complaint

- Handle internal and external audits

- Track and ensure that all regulatory guidelines with accurate actionable have been published to respective departments

- Compliance & Risk Responsibilities Management of Business Compliance Certification across business units, identify lapses and fix the issues identified

- Performing/ reviewing/ monitoring Compliance testing of respective business areas/units as per the plan.

- Publication of compliance testing report to senior management and track the open point for early closure.

- Training to business team on change in regulation/guidelines and impact on existing policy and business

- Ensure all MIS/Dashboards are published with accurate data to the senior management
