Qualification - MBA in HR from premium B school
Relevant Experience - 3-12 years of experience in HR Organizational Development and Talent Management

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing OD interventions within specified budgets.
- Ensure effective utilization of HR Budget and implementation of measures to drive cost optimization.
- Identify the gaps in performance of the business in specific regions or clusters and take necessary OD and change management initiatives to bridge the gap in performance.
- Take regular feedback from HRBP and function heads on the OD interventions; also gauge their requirements and inputs for improvisation.
- Collaborate with Management and other functional heads to develop career paths and career progression plans for the organization.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis and skills mapping with reference to the behavioral competency framework to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability in non-technical areas.
- Design and roll out programs for capability building as a result of band movements.
- Drive IJP and ensure periodic movement of talent across functions and geographies.
- Develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees including acting on their feedback to identify the most effective methods.
- Lead the Employee Engagement Survey and Culture Survey for Au, analyze the results, create action plans based on results and follow-up for the implementation of approved action plan.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:
- Ensures legal compliance and resolution of any HR related issues.
