- Build an understanding of how product analytics connects to business strategy and product strategy. How analysts can effectively partner with product teams to build data-driven roadmaps

- L&D- Apply advanced statistical , NLP , and machine learning techniques to build models for Cross sell and Upsell, Persistency, Customer suitability, Customer NPS, Sales Person NPS

- Build and implement solutions that enable sales & operational units to improve quality and speed of core processes to generate incremental revenue or reduce expense.

- Proactively research new ways of modelling data to unlock actionable insights or improve processes

- Collaborate across Bank & Insurance Partners functions to use analytics to influence business decisions

- Network with existing data science groups at Insurance Partners and their consulting partners to leverage capabilities in big data technology.

- Design and implement the analytics framework, set up analytic systems and processes

- Responsible in building best class solutions, conquering the business problems, addressing technical challenges using AI & MI Platforms and technologies.

- Responsible for the managing the entire lifecycle of digital marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations.

- Define product & Campaign KPI's. Monitor, analyze and communicate performance of feature releases. Build dashboard to track KPI's and share with stakeholders on an on-going basis.

- Plan a customer life cycle and monitor the per person product holding during the lifetime of the customer

- Driving the Digital Solutions value proposition (Behavioral Economics, Online customer journey, Simplified underwriting) by providing the entire digital eco-system

- Working alongside various product teams within the Bank or the management team to establish business needs

- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges

- Defining new data collection and analysis processes

- Overall ROI of all digital expanse and properties

- Continuously analyze data and suggest sustainable process improvements to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Job Specification (Competencies required to perform the role)

Qualifications - Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics, plus 3 years experience OR Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics

- Expertise in advanced predictive analytic techniques

- Fluency in in Python, R, SQL, Angular JS, JSON, Adobe AEM/CQ,HTML5,Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Adobe Campaign Standard, JavaScript & Analytic skills

- Working expertise on platform life Oracle Flex Cube , HCM, CRM,

- Experience in conceptualizing, building Predictive Analytics / Statistical Modelling (Regression, LR, DT, Random Forest, Neural Networks, GBM. XGBoost etc.)

- Overall- 5 - 8 years of experience in a data science role with Insurance or financial services background

- Understanding of Insurance Product & Regulation and good network with Insurance and fintech players

- Conversed with latest AI/ML techniques
