AVP - Tele Sales - Motor Insurance - Handle Telesale responsibility of driving Motor Insurance Renewal, Life Insurance and Health Insurance business in AUBANK. - Primary duty is to deliver a Sales number through running an efficient Tele-calling operation. - The Tele-Sales Manager shall make an operating sales plan detailing quarterly and annual sales Insurance business . - The Tele-Sales manager will focus on devising and implementing initiatives that will maximize the sales through Tele-operations. The plan should be thorough, ambitious and specific in meeting the business objectives. - The Tele-Sales Manager is responsible to run the Tele-Sales operations in a profitable manner - ensuring that Revenue and Cost per workstation is managed effectively. - The Tele-Sales Manager shall ensure that all Legal, Audit and Compliance items are adhered to and will discharge the duties in full compliance with the Code of Conduct especially with respect to ethical business practices and Data Confidentiality. The Successful Applicant &nbsp;You must be MBA with 5+ years work experience and following skill sets:&nbsp; - Must Have at least 5 years' experience within Financial Industry, and experience of setting up Telesales vertical - Sales management skills of managing a Tele-sales operation - Understanding of Product, Sales process, Motor Insurance underwriting rules. - Process orientation to ensure stable and sustainable operations - Self confidence to deal effectively at the highest levels - Good business sense and the ability to develop an understanding of the bank's products and dynamics in the market. - Have uncompromising ethics and the willingness to take a stand with line management on business decisions from a financial perspective and business conduct. - Have a good understanding of products in current market conditions - Driving Target for Motor insurance Renewal target through Wheels Loan Team and Insurance partner Team - Stream lining the products and processes of Motor Insurance with all Insurance partner - Train tele-callers for Motor Insurance and cross sell Life &amp; Health Insurance . - Coordination with all internal business heads on all products, process to scale up business - Maintaining all compliance related records for audit and reporting
