AU Small Finance Bank - Analyst - Investor Relations

- Interpreting data related to the Bank that could affect stakeholders

- Responsible for carrying out financial valuation and creating financial models to form a view on the Bank's share price and track competition

- Creation and/or upkeep of the Bank's information database, so that investment information is readily available at times of future needs; strong hold on peer numbers and models

- Help in writing sections of the annual report and helping in developing the entire annual report

- Quarterly communication with Investors - Prepare earnings presentation, organize quarterly analyst meet and earnings conference calls

- Monitor analysts' reports and summarize them for senior management - Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how AU is being managed, and their view of its financial results

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to get all relevant facts for senior management to be well prepared for the analyst call

- Track market activity, liaise with market participants and keep senior management abrest with market developments

- Maintain a database of investors and analysts; Co-ordinate projects

- Manage the Investor Relations portion of Bank's website

- Address the queries of analysts and investors to ensure highest level of satisfaction

- Coordinate and work with various internal departments for their requirements wrt competition

Benchmarking AU vis-a-vis peers on:

a) Financial performance

b) Share price movement

c) Business parameters

- Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients, not to share any information with competition

- Training to business team on change in RBI/SEBI guidelines and impact on existing policy and business

- Ensure all MIS/Dashboards are published with accurate as on date status to the senior management
