- New Client Acquisition & Business generation of Health Insurance Business.
- Responsible for individual and Team targets
- Initial survey on target market & potential.
- Build a sales team, plan distribution strategy, and create a presence for the group through a channel network in the retail market.
- Devising & running appropriate reward and recognition program to ensure sales delivery of products.
- Ensuring good profitability of the Division and planning growth both for the Business and employees
- Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and login the business Manage Overdue Collections.
- Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
- Coordination with underwriting department for processing of policies till final dispatch to customer.
- Business Performance Analysis, highlighting trends / deviations against defined goals / objectives
- Review & share performance reports with findings, provide analytical support for branch /sales/ management reviews
- Develop Sales Pitch, Brochures, Collaterals, Sales Aids in collaboration with marketing / Insurance partners / AMCs
- Provide trainings, arrange workshops for sales channels with the help of partners and ensuring certificatin of sales teams
- Co-work with operations team to define and improvise product related branch & central ops process
- Define and ensure effective / active customer engagement, customer life cycle & campaign management framework
- Conducting market / competition analysis
