Banking Domain Expert   Should Have minimum 6-8 years of experience as Business Analyst with banks in India  Should have exposure on CBS, CRM & BPM applications in context to a bank  Should have ability to lead team of analysts  Should be able to prepare/ understand BRD, UAT test cases or guide vendor for the same   Project management certification is preferred (PMP/PRINCE)  Training/certification on 6 sigma preferred  Should be able to work on MPP or similar project management tools  Qualification : Engineer, MBA (preferred)  Over all exp: 10-15 Years
