1. Responsible for leading the analytic team of the bank and feeding inputs across various stakeholders - ED / Sales / Product teams with Customer, Sales team / CXO with Business and HR with People Analytics.  2. The feeds from the analytic team would also serve as inputs for the Innovation and Digital banking teams  3. Provides strategic inputs around on elements like cost reduction and profit enhancing initiatives. Leading a team of statisticians and data scientists that support BAU analysis and MIS on the sales, collections and credit side of the business.  4. Driving financial modelling and portfolio management initiatives for different business lines, and transitioning / adopting best practices in this arena.  5. Responsible for understanding customer behavior and analyzing up / cross-sell and acquisition opportunities  6. Developed advanced analytical tools and predictive models used to identify targeted groups of customers with high propensity towards availing services from the bank  7. Managing a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers to execute on both regular reporting and high-level strategic deliverables.  8.
