Attero, www.attero.in , is in the business of maximizing the value of all electronics which is not sold through the primary channel means we maximize the value of end of life, end of line, seconds, surplus, carton damaged and refurbished electronics. We do this by either recycling the material through our state-of-the-art facility in Roorkee or by reconditioning/refurbishing the material and selling it through our online and offline channels.

Job Purpose

We are looking for smart individuals to join the team of Attero who want a fabulous learning experience, willing to work hard and play hard, and make an impact.

- Gobol is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team! Candidate will be leading a team of development and test engineers working on all aspects of application development and will be instrumental for designing features and addressing critical issues.

- Candidate should have practiced and involved in implementing good engineering best practices. However typical to Gobol, given the shorter release cycles and fast pace, Candidate should be able to adjust to the fast pace and innovate the best practices suitable for this type of release cycle.

Candidate must have:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related area

- 5+ Years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software developers, test engineers, as well as a record of individual technical achievement.

- 5+ Years of software development experience as an individual contributor

- Capable of technical deep-dives into code, operating systems, fixing the occasional bug and lending an extra hand at coding when the team is stretched

- Comfortable recruiting and managing a team of very bright, experienced engineers on multiple projects

- Experience with the web technology stack, PHP, Magento, Linux, MySQL

- Prior experience with scalable architectures and distributed systems

- Quickly adapt to new languages, tools and problem areass
