- Create end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive product growth and position product value-prop in front of target customers - Create, drive and refine the messaging strategy to connect with the end-customer and present the product as a solution to the end-customer - Work closely with product development and engineering teams to create and refine the communication strategy for our platform - Own creation, refinement and publication of product-related content, including blog posts, white papers, e-books, content for thought leadership workshops, case studies, infographics, webinars etc. to convey product-related messaging to our target customers - Conduct market research and build a deep understanding of the target customer market, its needs and pain points. - Understand market segments, and extract qualitative and quantitative insights to help refine the product to better cater to different segments - Build an understanding of the competitive landscape, and become the voice-of-customer in internal discussions - Plan communication and messaging around new product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of product-related communication plan - Analyze and report product marketing KPIs, track impact of marketing campaigns, and support active lead generation for the product
