Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in regards to all financial and accounting activities. Overseeing financial department staff in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing financial reports. - Analyzing financial data. - Monitoring internal controls. - Overseeing and preparing income statements. - Participating in budgeting processes. - Managing financial transactions. - Streamlining accounting functions and operations. - Developing plans for financial growth. - Evaluating and managing risk. - Coordinating audit processes. - Knowledge and execution of all statutory filings and returns including GST, TDS, Income Tax. - Knowledge and execution of companies act 2013 r/w rules. - Reconciliation and follow up of payments from clients - Maintaining monthly MIS and record of transactions. - Preparation of draft balance sheet and assisting externa CA/CS. - Knowledge of various form filing at RoC i.e sh7, mgt 14, adt 1, mbp1 etc and assistance to external CS. Required Skills &amp; Experience: - 5-8yrs of Experience in managing Finance Function as a controller - Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent. - Proven experience in finance management. - Good communication skills. - Strong leadership qualities. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals. - Auditing experience. - Compliance oriented. - Proficiency in accounting software. - Analytical skills. - Open for start-up and drive things from scratch.
