Lead, Training Design  Job Description   - The Training and Development Lead will manage the development, delivery and quality assurance of all learning and development activities in accordance with business requirements and approved policies.  - Conducts training needs analysis to research, develop, maintain, implement, and evaluate training/education courses for products/systems/services.   - Performs needs analysis as a way of identifying the performance of business problems. Analyzes/evaluates the customer's methods, policies, and training requirements.   - Designs and delivers specific training solutions which address the organization's needs.  Roles and Responsibilities :   - Identifying training and development needs within the organization  - Creating and delivering training and development programs based on both the organization- s and the individual's needs (including hard skills and soft skills training  - Key focus on language coaching (building English language skills) for the location  - Identifying of the resources and training available via internal resources, promote them and plan their utilization-   - Identifying the budget requirements for both internal and external training; producing training materials and delivering training as applicable   - Supporting local leadership team on driving business priorities and programs; lead local collaboration zone initiatives and drive engagement  - Identifying the matrix for tracking the progress of participants, completion and success rate; documentation of participant- s progress  - Overlooking the development programs and pieces of training during their lifecycle  - Evaluating training and development programs and documenting overall program results; amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;  - Producing reports or other outcomes of the training/ development programs for leadership and for direct supervisors of the participants  - Conducting regular observations and one to ones as defined in specific programs (e.g. observation during team meetings, coaching sessions)  - Supporting reinforcement and on the job application of specific tools and techniques learned in the training  Key Competencies and Skills :   - Proven business management and leadership skills   - Flexibility to work across time-zones in support of customer and internal initiatives as required  - Ability to motivate, lead-by-example and engage a large team to drive transformation through learning and development- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; skilled in planning, influencing and gaining leadership commitment on strategic initiatives.  - Ability to communicate at senior and executive levels within AT&T   - Proven customer and vendor management skills  - Demonstrated ability to initiate, lead, and implement process improvements and departmental and organizational changes.  - Ability to work independently and prioritize deadlines in a complex, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.  - Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to employee and customer satisfaction.  - Excellent, proven decision-making ability particularly in situations with critical impacts to the overall organization.  - Solid project management skills.  Education and Qualifications :   - 7 - 10+ years  - Experience in business management, training design, and leadership roles   - University Education (Master's degree preferred)  - Language skills: English   - Proficiency (Expert) / Certified Language Coach (preferable)Additional Information: na  Contract type- Full Time  Company - AT&T
