ATS Infrastructure - Senior Manager - Luxury Sales Job Purpose : - The candidate should have a network of Channel Partners who operate in the luxury segment in Noida/ South Delhi and Gurgaon that he/she has worked with in the past. - The candidate should have a network of HNIs in Noida/ South Delhi and Gurgaon who he has handled in his/her previous assignments where he/she has handled large ticket sized Real Estate projects. - He/she should have excellent knowledge of the project so as to be able to share the same with the Channel. He/she should be able to explain the sensibility of the project and how it is unique as an uber luxury project. He/she will have sales targets and will be expected to meet them Responsibilities : - The representative will interact with the Channel and would be responsible for generating leads from the network of Channel Partners he/she is representing - A Channel meet is to be held once a week with only 25 Channel partners invited for each interaction, a wine and cheese evening apprising them of what is the latest update of the project. Since, this is done every week we reach out to 100 odd Channel Partners in a month - The Channel Representative will very clearly send out this message to the Channel that there will be no mass texting or mass fliers for this project. The use of multimedia services will also be done in a way that it agrees with the sensibility of the Project keeping in mind that it is an Uber luxury project - The Channel representative will identify geographical regions (domestic and international) that a certain Channel Partner has a network in and design an outreach program that can be proposed to the team depending on the density of numbers in a particular region Required Knowledge and Skills : - Highly presentable with good communication skills - Proven 10 plus working experience with a strong network of Channel Partners in Noida, South Delhi, East Delhi and North Delhi. - Excellent review from previous organisations he/she has worked with. - Communication and presentation skills. - Sales closure skills. - Should be prepared to travel within NCR and Outstation as an when required
