Atreya Innovations - GM/Director/Leader - Business Growth

Looking for a passionate GM/ Director/ Leader position, then fast moving towards Co-Founder position after the "dating" period.

I launched Nadi Tarangini (www.naditarangini.com) last year in March specifically for Ayurvedic doctors and received good response from the market. Now I am ready with other 2 products in the Ayurveda + Technology sector for consumers, but short of bandwidth and skill sets to take these to the next level... So, need a strong partner.

We have created an environment where the people that build the company get ownership in the company. We want someone with a soul. Someone who believes in Ayurveda (or open to believe with the experiences while working). An entrepreneurial and driven CxO who is excited to help us change the landscape in commercial healthcare sector. We have one functional product that is currently being used by 200 doctors pan India, however we have plenty of new features to discover, hard problems to solve, and scaling challenges to meet. Also technical developments of 2 new products are due in next 3 months. The responsibility is to develop and own, a process to gain fact-based, consumer-led evaluation of markets, marketing mix, new ideas and programs, in order to drive future strategic direction for the brand.

Qualifications:

- Strong in b2c Marketing concepts

- Strong network of founders/ ready to approach contacts in the sector

- Knows how to set priorities and make things happen

Basically, you will be the brand custodian, and responsible for all creative projects, translating marketing objectives into innovative strategies, championing the New Product Development (NPD) process, developing the PR and communications strategy, building and leading teams, as well as a key member of the executive leadership team contributing to the overall direction of the business.
