We are looking for a SAP Competency Head to own, manage, develop, and grow our SAP practice. Candidate's current experience in managing SAP Practice in a global level will be preferred
Key Responsibilities :
- This is techno-functional role with capabilities of handling business, growing existing account base both in head count & revenue, managing operational activities with respect to staffing, should be able to support presales function
- Guide & mentor technology leaders and mobilize them for driving growth
- Ability to consult and lead thought process of clients, be comfortable responding to unclear situations at clients
- Experience of presales, proposal building, client presentations, customer workshops is must
- Should have handled P&L responsibilities and should have handled portfolios of large scale, large deals
- Good experience in people management, resource fulfilment, utilization management, revenue tracking & monitoring.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Build strategies to grow existing/new accounts, proven track record of successful strategy execution
- Ability to create an impact on Industry Analysts and Advisory
- Support, work closely with Presales function for your portfolio which includes dealing with presales team, response to RFPs/proactive demands, Develop winning solution, client presentation etc.,
- Resource Management - ability to attract talent, create a solid team around him/her, ensure proper utilization, demand fulfilment, handle resources issues & concern, identify training needs, groom resources to build winning team
- Should be able to guide & mentor CoE teams, technical leaders and leverage their skills to bring required growth.
- Should be contributing to organization initiative and work collaboratively with other Digital practices
- Work with other geography leaders/peers to achieve common goals
