The position requires a passionate and driven person willing to work in an individual contributor role, can switch contexts, multi-task on projects/ initiatives and collaborate with senior management and other business stakeholders.
The role will report to the South Asia and Middle East CEO.
The responsibilities include :
- Supporting the CEO in business planning, strategy development & execution planning, project management & preparation for periodic business reviews and C level interactions
- Formulation and review of regional strategic plans in collaboration with various cross-functional teams
- Leading, creation and monitoring of alliances with other industry players in collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Creation of frameworks and processes for various business planning activities, to ensure maximum integration from the regional teams / cross-functional stakeholders
- Managing key strategic projects by working with cross functional teams, aimed at driving towards profitable and sustainable results
- Undertake research on external environmental trends, industry trends, competitor research, business trends and market/consumer trends - to enable strategic decision making
Qualification and Experience :
- Strong academic credentials, with an advanced degree from premiere institute
- 7+ years of progressively responsible business experience with specific experience in sales operations, strategic & business planning, financial analysis etc.- Ideally from a complex management organization
- Preferably with strong knowledge of card payments industry, its products, services and technologies
Key Competencies :
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C level executives in a range of environments
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and business judgment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point
