Job Analysis / Summary Independently, works through strategic direction to partner with the highest levels of Leadership on departmental and company initiatives. Coordinates appropriate SMEs and manages deliverables. Facilitates employee engagement, performance management and succession planning initiatives within respective verticals / client groups. Primary responsibilities - Provide strategic support to the businesses in the development of a talent management strategy that supports business goals and drives employee engagement and succession planning through talent development and coaching in partnership with the Talent Management and Diversity Center of Expertise - Effectively communicates the impact of HR strategies, programs/services on business performance and makes strategic and program recommendations based on market conditions/trends. Provides necessary coaching to staff on communicating business impact. - Partner with business leaders to drive the performance management process (PMS) and to identify and champion career development needs within the business - Help Create, implement and support competitive attraction/retention strategies for the businesses in partnership with the Staffing and Rewards team - Oversee and provide expertise, guidance and coaching in all areas of employee relation for the businesses - Communication of goal-settings with employees through one-on-ones so that each employee knows his/her KRAs for the year - Engagement and collaboration with HR Operations and CoE team - Attrition Management: Design and deploy strategies for controlling attrition in lieu of the market trends through tactical thinking - HR Analytics Job Specification : - MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification. - Post Qualification experience of 12- 18 years experience in a professional set-up preferably from BPO/KPO Industry - A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships and who get things done - Exposure to the entire gamut of HR activities - Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management - Should be comfortable to work in shifts - Should have managed atleast 800+ employees span
