Position: Regional Sales Manager - Tamil Nadu.
MBA with 5 - 8 years of experience in Retail Channel Sales.
Role responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving P&L targets of the region.
- Create and execute channel expansion program basis market potential.
- Use market insights and past data to forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.
- Strategy and execution of developing new distributors / dealers
- Monitor competitor's activities including sales and market activations.
- Establish systems, processes, and review mechanisms to support channel growth.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
