Atomberg Technologies - ERP Manager Position : ERP Manager. Role essentials : 1. Have a good understanding of MM, PP, SD, QC, FICO, and WM/EWM modules of SAP ERP. Have worked indepth in any of the modules in past. 2. Be the consistent face of project delivery from the initial bid process through to project completion (including post-go-live hyper-care). 3. Lead ERP implementation/transition, track project milestones, budget & Scope during the implementation. 4. Be business-minded, have business acumen, knows how the business works and is aware of external best practices, and be keen to develop complex business processes. 5. Applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems. 6. Identify process gap/non-standard current process, suggest/drive changing current practice/process as per industry standards & lead process transformation/excellence projects. 7. Closely coordinate across CF team (Purchase, Store, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Production, SCM, sales, Ecom) for understanding/gathering business requirements and mapping it with ERP. 8. Closely coordinate with implementation partner, 3p Software partners to understand systems functionality & keep the project on track. 9. Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities. 10. Manage and/or perform the design, testing, and applications of SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements, and global standards. 11. Maintain & update all Master data (Customer, vendor master, Item master, Employee master, BOM, Bin location, Warehouse master, Price list, ledgers, financial master data, etc. on a regular basis. 12. Continuously alignment & training of heavy system users & Cross-functional team. 13. Interpersonal Savvy: good relationships up and down the organization, can drive change and tactfully resolve situations of conflict 14. Monitor all system transactions, identify erroneous transactions, rectify & make the system full proof. 15. Identify scope to reduce Manual System related activities & automate data entry activities wherever possible. 16. Monitor All customized development in ERP that is considered in scope & coordinates with vendor to keep the development activities in track. 17. Keen to develop technical skills in SAP.
