- Responsible for setting up the complete sales channel in respective territory and ensuring consistent delivery of business. Complete responsibility of ramping-up sales numbers from zero to - N- in the respective territory by implementing strategy devised by company leadership and the candidate. This position is important in a new age consumer durable company delivering new markets to the organization.

1) On-board new channel partners to promote the company products in assigned markets. Typically the incumbent will be assigned a complete state, which will involve travelling of at least 10-15 days a month.

2) Generate and close institutional leads through such channel partners. The candidate should be able to sell the product to a variety of targets. These range from owners of manufacturing SMEs, heads of small or large educational institutions or domenstic house owners

3) Implement BTL activities to promote the product in various markets. Represent the company in various exhibitions, trade association meetings

4) Build and maintain relationships with influencers like architects
