Atomberg - Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

From managing and planning budget for all the digital channels to leading the digital marketing team; from looking after the social media presence of Atomberg to managing and optimizing the performance of each channel; and from building new capabilities in the digital marketing vertical to sourcing talent.

Primary responsibilities :

With the Partners :

1) SEO Agency: Activity review, weekly review of KPIs, backlink review, cross check data from relevant softwares

2) Content Partner: Developing content for the website, review blogs, prioritizing content (on page and off page)

3) Website Development: Continuous improvement of UI/UX as per the feedback, weekly review of activities and analysis of progress reports

4) Digital Partner: Monitor all advertisement spends & conversions, cost-benefit analysis and understanding of the best practices in agency

5) Digital Partner: Monitor all advertisement spends & conversions, cost-benefit analysis and understanding of the best practices in agency

6) PR Agency: Work closely with the PR team, content agency and SEO agency and monitor the synchronization. Weekly review of progress through the defined key performance indicators

In-house -

1) Designing communication campaigns (through e-mails)

2) Creating and maintaining a Digital Marketing Dashboard to analyze real-time changes and updates

3) Managing advertisements on all the E-Commerce partners

4) End-to-end analysis of digital marketing activities (what works best, measuring ROI, cost-benefit analysis)

5) Conceptualizing and executing new activities in the digital space for a robust customer engagement and strong brand creation

6) Managing the team to ensure proper functioning and performance of digital channels
