Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% of electricity. Position: Regional Trade Marketing Manager - East Zone

Role responsibilities:

1.Marketing Management

a. Shop Branding : Identifying the right outlets for establishing Atomberg brand display. Ensure the display of the right product/right branding element at right outlet.

b. Marketing Activations: Understanding business needs to deploy timely marketing interventions (Ex- POSMs, Consumer Promotions, Society Activations etc. ) to keep the business flow intact. Designing the marketing calendar for smooth planning of activations.

c. ROI Monitoring: Measuring the impact of branding as well as marketing interventions on the basis of Sales Volume/Value to maintain a high return on marketing investments

d. Budgeting: Effective Budgeting to ensure that there is neither overspend nor underspend on the marketing activities planned

e. Retailer Engagement: Deploy timely interventions (Ex- Retailer Meet, Dinners, Notepad, Gifts etc.) to ensure that retailers are engaged with the brand on a regular basis

f. NPD Launch: Effective Launch Planning and Execution of New Products developed by Atomberg in respective markets to ensure the product success in coordination with HO and field teams

g. Market Intelligence: Keeping a track of competitor marketing activities and designing/changing our marketing strategy in response.

2. Trade Scheme Management

a. Scheme Design (Quarterly & Additional) : Monitoring the sales trends and competition activities to design schemes (as and when required) that would enhance sales without compromising on profitability.

b. Scheme Communication: Educating the sales team about the designed scheme and creating a scheme communication (Ex- Scheme Letter, PPTs etc.) which can be shared with the retailer partners for effective understanding of the scheme

c. Scheme Effectiveness and Settlement: Understanding the impact of the scheme by regular tracking of the scheme output and making changes in the scheme as and when required

d. Scheme Settlement: Coordinating with the HO team and field team to ensure timely scheme settlement
