About the Company :
- Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company started by IIT & IIM graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% of electricity. To date, we have raised close to 350 crores in funding from investors like A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures, etc.
- Since our inception, we have been successfully growing at more than 100% "YOY" and are currently doing a monthly revenue close to Rs 60 cr/month. The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY 23-24. The current product line includes fans and mixer grinders, and future product lines will consist of several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

Position: Regional Trade Marketing - West Zone
Role responsibilities:
1. Design Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories focusing markets
2. Look after responsibility to manage and monitor Trade Marketing Investments (Measure ROI of each investment) as well as initiate execution
3. Provide marketing assistance to sales team through execution of the Organization schemes of the Zone
4. To drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the brand.
5. Ensuring Merchandizing deployment as per prescribed norms to gain visibility share in right set of outlets
6. Capturing & Analysing Market Intelligence reports & leverage the insights to design innovative & unique schemes & activations for the company (including competition
7. Design & timely Roll-out of monthly schemes in line with the allotted budget & business guidelines
8. Vendor Management - Onboarding of new vendors catering to specific Zonal needs and managing existing vendors. Develop an SOP for the merchandising process
9. Develop merchandising manual for zone based on market needs aligning to organization requirement
10. Evaluation and Tracking of each merchandising items / outlets
11. Evaluate Scheme Effectiveness and suggest changes for same.
12. Conceptualizing & Designing merchandises for various Trade Marketing activations
13. End-to-end ownership of large-scale Trade Marketing driven activations
14. Develop strategy for BTL engagements of channels and influencers.
