Position: Product Trainer - Technical

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and development. The Technical Product Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs to ensure the skill development of Service Engineer within the region.

Role responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs for the field team.

- Design and develop technical training programs, materials, and curriculum.

- Implement training strategies to enhance the technical skills of field personnel.

Delivery of Training:

- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for field team members.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance and support during training sessions.

- Ensure that training sessions align with organizational goals and field team requirements.

- Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Technical Expertise:

- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Act as a technical resource for Service Engineer, providing guidance and support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by field personnel.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

- Make continuous improvements to training content and delivery based on feedback and results.

Regional Coordination:

- Collaborate with regional teams to understand specific training needs.

- Coordinate and schedule training sessions across the region.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

- Generate reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical, Engineering).

- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role with Minimum 5 Year of Experience.

- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to convey them to a diverse audience.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to design effective training programs.

- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed. ( 50%)

Preferred Skills:

- Certification in Training and Development.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

- Experience in Home appliance industry

Base Location - Chennai ( Handling Tamil Nadu & Kerala)
