B.E with 3 to 6 years experience in material procurement, scheduling, vendor management & cost optimization of regular production RM

Role responsibilities:

1. Handling complete production related material procurement & supplies.

2. To ensure accurate and timely vendor schedule release.

3. Regular vendor follow ups and visits for timely vendor production and dispatches to ensure ZERO line stoppages.

4. To establish long term supply contracts and examines and re evaluates existing contracts.

5. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

6. Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.

7. Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies.

8. Defining vendor production lead time and production capacities.

9. Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies, finalize details of orders and deliveries.

10. Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
