Job Summary -

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to drive and oversee our organization's digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology, business strategy, and change management. They will be responsible for leading and implementing digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and efficiency through the use of digital technologies.

Role responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of digital transformation initiatives across various business functions.

- Identify areas for improvement and innovation, leveraging emerging digital technologies and trends to drive organizational success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on digital transformation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

- Drive change management efforts, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions and technologies.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation projects, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and digital excellence within the organization.

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to drive successful implementation of digital initiatives.

- Lead and mentor a team of digital transformation professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving project goals.
