Position : Manager - Ecommerce Operations. Role Responsibilities : 1. Demand forecasting and Demand Planning for Ecommerce sales (At Model, SKU and Platform level) along with monitoring MAPE against actual demand. 2. Prepare and float primary Ecommerce sales projections for every month basis sellout forecast. 3. Ensure Alignment of POs and appointments for RetailEz and Flipkart Alpha basis primary projections to ensure primary sales adherence. 4. Prepare 10 days dispatch schedule at the SKU level and share requirements with the planning team. Prepare and monitor stock reports of retail and Alpha and ensure sufficient stock coverage across all SKUs 5. Closely coordinate with the Planning team to ensure Zero Out of Stock situations across Major platforms monitor activities of daily order processing and maintain SLA hygiene for all marketplaces. (Keep Track of metrics) 6. Keep close coordination with Account managers and Operations POCs of all platforms. Quarterly and Monthly Alignment with the E-commerce front-end team regarding sales projections, New launches, and sale events planned. Alignment with dispatch team for new warehouse onboarding operations, Order processing capacity planning, and System transactions as per compliance. 7. Regional warehouse replenishments basis demand across zones. Giving inputs from Ecommerce operations in New project developments (WMS, New website onboarding, D2C scale-up, Plant transition Etc. 8. Prepare and float the D2C dashboard to monitor and improve critical metrics (Order Fill rate, Regional Utilization, Return rate, Order cycle time, TAT Etc.) 9. All ecommerce transactions in SAP and help finance team in monthly and yearly Reconciliation of Inventory. (Specifically FBF, FBA) . Coordination with finance team regarding Recalls, Returns, Debit amounts, and Qty/Price variance cases of RetailEz and Flipkart Alpha. 10. Keep a tab on payment cycles of RetailEz and Flipkart Alpha. Co-ordination with account managers, Finance, and dispatch team for time to time release of payments (Resolution of POD disputes and Invoice submission issues)
