She/He is expected to take ownership of end-to-end loyalty programs and map areas for improvement. This individual will also be responsible for defining and monitoring success metrics for various initiatives & provide key insights. The loyalty manager is expected to provide the vision support, tactical recommendations, and implementation initiatives. 1. Manage the design and execution of our existing loyalty program whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow. 2. Should leverage data and insights to plan customer experience roadmap.Encourage problem-solving, strategic thinking and customer-orientation amongst the team 3. Drive User App Penetration by ensuring the App is the first choice for user onboarding, banking, redemption and education & upskilling. 4. Deliver on loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention of members 5. Create exit barriers to reduce End User Churn as per benchmark levels by increasing engagement and using analytics to identify exceptions for proactive actioning 6. Create and present timely performance reports to relevant stakeholders while communicating messages in a simple, clear, unambiguous, relatable, and digestible manner to varying audiences 7. Responsible for all loyalty audits, incentive, compliance, and project roadmaps. Experience Required : 2 + years of experience managing complex businesses in the field of Product/Program Management, Strategy Consulting 1. Exceptional Communication skills and Earn Trust abilities 2. Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into product/program plans. 3. Ability to understand strategic business goals, and develop and manage a clear product roadmap to meet those goals 4. Ability to deal with ambiguity, and respond flexibly to changes, in a very fast paced environment. Education - MBA 2019- 2020 pass put from Tier 1 ,2 or 3 College
