Manager GTM Strategy (Go To Market Strategy)

Role responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans for new product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective execution.

2. Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, and use this information to inform go-to-market strategies.

3. Define target customer segments and develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, marketing, and operations to develop and execute go-to-market plans.

5. Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, sales guides, and product collateral, to support the sales team in effectively positioning and selling the product.

6. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to generate awareness and demand for the product.

7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of go-to-market strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Collaborate with regional teams to localize go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches in different markets.

9. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and identify new growth opportunities.

10. Act as a subject matter expert on the market, competition, and customer needs, providing insights and guidance to internal stakeholders.

11. Continuously analysing and recommending field teams on efficient expansion and extraction to maximize the footprint of Atomberg products.

12. Execute the sales & revenue target which are signed up with the large strategic partners.

13. Analyse Customer insights, Consumer trends, market analysis and best industry practices to build successful strategic relationship and partners to maximize business development opportunities. 14. Present strategic solution proposal and business fit to decision makers, engage in negotiation, and close the deals.

Education : MBA - 2017 - 2020 passout from Tier Colleges
