Position : Manager Facility & Admin HR - Mumbai

Role Responsibilities:

1. Drive strong on-ground facility and infrastructure management along with supporting HR admin activities.

2. Single Point of responsibility to manage Atomberg Vikhroli facility to deliver the expected HR, admin, and facility service levels within the projected budget

3. As site will be under development shortly support is required with project tracking on core developments, update team on progress and highlight challenges

4. Implement and drive legal compliance's around labour law and secure licensing, compliance certificates and registration activities for new site, liasioning with labour officials, local government, and panchayat authorities

5. Identify strong vendor base for services required around housekeeping, transport, security, gardening etc., evaluate costs and drive end to end management after bringing vendor on board

6. Ensures 100% statutory compliance by vendors on ESI, PF, insurance etc.

7. Investigate environmental hazards, plan fire and safety drills and ensure timely disposal of hazardous/nonhazardous waste (if applicable) as per local guidelines, pest control, safety equipment, power back and all compliance's base on factory/shops and establishment act are met

8. Co-ordinates with Facility Management supervisor (through vendor) for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Ensure service providers carryout regular checks balances attend break down maintenance activities

9. Tracking of utility bills and expenses around housekeeping, power, internet etc and make note if there is any deviation to monitor the cost. Plan audits for site hygiene, fire & safety, sanitation, canteen cleanliness and publish, document reports on regular basis.

10. Interacts with business regarding any issue pertaining to the location.Ensures that team members/ vendors meet all safety guidelines/ requirements.

11. Maintains proper inventory and tracks stock and consumption of all consumables and supplies pertaining to the services managed by service providers and in-house team.

12. Help coordinate on event & visitor management with right security protocols

13. Drive HR policies through in-house tool along with driving activities for POSH(Prevention of sexual harassment) and code of conduct awareness within organization and champion the cause on floor and drive ground level activities

14. Handle contract workforce hiring, payroll coordination, compliance, and administrative activities

Experience - 10 -15 years is mandatory to apply for this role.
