Create a roadmap to bring the culture alive and deploy the same across the organization. Define and track the success parameter for the same. 2. Create the Employee Value Proposition for the organization and integrate the same to various people processes and practices to deliver a consistent employee experience. 3. Build and drive the Employer Branding plan for the organization across among different stakeholders through online and offline channels 4. Execute the Talent Management strategy for the organization and keep the strategy updated in-line with the business strategy 5. Develop and execute a values-led, OKR-based performance management philosophy 6. Further the Learning and development agenda of the organization.
